The Villages FL #6 - Village People
February 6 2019 When you live in Northern Indiana, a trip to FL in the winter is always a good change of pace, particularly this year, our first year of retirement. Up to this point were were "rehearsing retirement;" no more rehearsing. With cousins who have resided in FL their entire life, it's always an enjoyable time to visit them. My cousin Karen and her husband Charlie recently moved from Ft Lauderdale to The Villages. The Villages have many activity options for those who live there to participate in, pickleball is one of them with 24 locations and a total of 200 courts. I have informally begun my "Pickleball the Villages" challenge where I play at all 24 locations. This trip checks off The Captiva Center as #1.
